Lone Star Cowgirls

Lone Star Cowgirls was founded in 2006 by, Valerie Cranford and her sister Cat Hammers. In the beginning, there were only 4 ladies, today there are about 8-12 ladies that make up this group. These ladies have to be very in tune with their horses and train extensively to do the choreographed performances that the Lone Star Cowgirls are known for. Two of their most popular performances are to the tune of our national anthem and the star-spangled banner. With their coordinating outfits of red, white, and blue I would say these ladies represent the state of Texas very well.

The Lone Star Cowgirls come to South Texas Tack every year during Christmas time to wrap presents for our customers for donations. Please come support these ladies and get your present wrapped professionally. Please see our Facebook page for the hours and dates they will be in store.
